Hours per week, across everyone who does it. The honest ones are usually Monday mornings and month-ends.

Why this is the first thing we'd do anyway

Two things turn up nearly every time: a subscription that has never actually run, and a load-bearing automation on somebody's personal login. Neither needs us to find. Both are worth finding.
