The Bluebarrow story

A 28-person office supplies firm, walked end to end — the estate they arrived with, what changed, and what it costs them now. We use an illustrative company so we can show you all of it, including the embarrassing folder.

What they arrived with

Two days of sorting out. Every system they had on day one is still doing its job.

What two days did

Three returns policies of three different ages One current policy — every difference decided by the owner, on the record

The proof: twelve questions

At the workshop the team wrote down the twelve questions they answer over and over. At go-live we asked all twelve, together, from their own phones.

Six of twelve shown. Twelve of twelve answered, each with the right citation.

The one that went wrong

During early review, the Northern Ireland question was answered incorrectly — the source sentence was genuinely ambiguous. The fix took ten minutes: the document was reworded, and it has answered correctly ever since.

We tell you that unprompted because it's the honest shape of the product. When it's wrong, it shows you exactly which document to fix, and you fix it yourself. No vendor queue, no retraining.
