We don't sell AI advice.
We leave a working thing behind.
Small businesses were offered two bad options: AI strategy decks with nothing running at the end, or self-serve tools that index the mess exactly as they find it. We're the third — the sorting-out, done with you, ending in an environment your business owns.
We run our own company on it
Our handbook, our pricing, how we run a workshop, what we're allowed to claim — all of it lives in one of these, built from the same template a client gets. Same screens, same permissions, same oversight. We onboard our own people through it: they read it and ask it questions before they ask us.
It isn't a special version. When it turns out to need something the client template doesn't have, the fix goes into the template — which is the point of doing it at all. We'd be sceptical of anyone selling this who didn't.
What we believe
- The mess is the actual problem. The AI is the easy part now. Deciding which of your three policies is true, and writing down what only Dave knows — no software does that. People do.
- Trust needs receipts. Answers without citations are vibes.
- The scope is yours to set. A signed scope, your own isolated environment, a documented exit — and our honest advice on where the edges are. Then we build what you decided.
- Keep what works. Connecting a system is not a step towards replacing it. Businesses don't need transformations; they need their answers back and somewhere to build the next thing.
- The person who knows what's needed should be able to build it. That gap — between knowing what would save four hours a week and being able to make it exist — is usually a developer, a subscription, or a favour. Closing it is worth more than any feature.
- Capability should accumulate. If a year with us leaves you where you started plus a chatbot, we've failed.
What we are not
- Not a customer-facing chatbot — yet, and by design. Your staff first.
- Not a Copilot replacement. Keep it — our curation makes it better too. We're the fix for what it answers from.
- Not an “AI transformation journey”. Five stages, a published price, a passed test in your own words, then a quiet monthly rhythm.
- Not a migration. Every system you have on the day we arrive is still yours on the day we finish.
- Not a catalogue of ready-made automations. We'd be guessing, and so would you. We build the first few with you and leave you able to build the rest.
