Choose where your workspace runs

Use the hosted app in your browser, or install AdoptAI on Windows, Mac or Ubuntu and keep your workspace on your computer. Local sync, schedules and WhatsApp replies need that computer to be on, awake and online with AdoptAI running. External AI still sends relevant content to your chosen provider.

The desktop pilot includes its own runtime and opens setup in your browser. Local AI features use your own provider API key. The download page includes installation instructions, current platform limits and how to move an existing workspace.

Connect what matters to you

Gmail: import selected messages and supported attachments for search, summaries and task extraction.
Google Calendar: bring events from your selected calendars into your workspace.
Google Drive: import supported documents from a folder you select.
Other sources: connect supported services such as Notion or WhatsApp when you choose to enable them.

You choose the connections

Signing in with Google identifies your account. Access to Gmail, Calendar and Drive requires a separate connection and Google's permission screen. You can choose your import coverage and disconnect accounts from AdoptAI.

Google's permissions may cover more data than the folders, calendars or date ranges you select in AdoptAI. Your coverage settings limit what AdoptAI imports; they do not narrow the permission granted by Google.

AI assistance, with a clear data choice

Optional AI features can sort information, suggest tasks and answer questions using relevant context from your workspace. Enabling external AI sends relevant content to the provider configured for your workspace. The setup explains this before you enable it. Check important answers against their original sources.

Optional email sending and calendar changes need additional permissions and approval of the proposed action. Read our privacy policy for information about storage, providers, disconnection and deletion.
